PRESENTS!

PRESENTS!

More PRESENTS! *Jonathan, Hannah's friend arrived!*

Hannah loved the legos, summer clothes, more books, leap pad games and that art supplies and creative items! It was so amazing. Hannah has so many that love her so much and that are willing to come spend a Saturday Afternoon celebrating her as well as many others that send her special items and love!

After the party ended we met up with Joe, Brittany, Ireland and Brenna and joined in on the fun at the swimming pool. We had Cleo as well (birthday party slumber party!). We had a blast, we all enjoyed the water slide and play time in the pool.

What a great day and great way to celebrate that our oldest daughter is turning 6 on Monday! I can't believe how quickly it's gone by and the things that we have learned along the way. Hannah is a super girl, although emotional and sensitive, she is amazingly social, silly and creative.

Happy Birthday Hannah!

Love, J.

Addison close up

Addison is blossoming! She's just so full of life and excitement and energy. I love this girl. I stayed home from work one day this last week and she wanted to play with her baby under her shirt. I rigged up a baby sling and she carried her baby around like this for about an hour. It was super cute.

Cleo's 6

My neice is 6! How exciting to have our kiddos be turning 6 this year. Hannah was super excited to celebrate with Cleo.

One on one time

Every so often we like to take the girls for one on one time. Last weekend Hannah and I joine our friends Melissa and Jonathan and went to a place where you can paint an item and then they glaze and fire it. It was so much fun and different than things we have done before.

Although Hannah was not thrilled with the fact that we didn't play during this play date, she was excited to see her final result of her unicorn.

Snowpocalypse 2014!

Snow started to fall on Thursday of last week. Hannah's school let out early and my work closed early. . . I thought it was a fluke- but guess not. We ended up with about 6 inches of snow at our place. There was some ice, freezing rain, snow. . . what a mess. But on the same hand it was an awesome blessing after the early events of the week I needed some extra time off to enjoy my family.

So we made sure to go out and play in the snow. The following pictures are not in any particular order, but they are all from this weekend.

Hannah sledding, no fear at all!

Jason and Addison sledding- Addison was giggling so loud after this!

As the keeper of the camera I don't get many photos of me, so here's a selfie- yup we have funny monster hats! Jason has a cyclopse hat, Hannah has a penguin and Addison has a doggy.

Missy, Daddy and Addison making snowballs.

Hannah tugging her sled up!

Playing in the snow!

SNOW ANGELS!

Our home, our guard dog!

Girls in the yard with Missy.

Daddy gives rides down the street.

Lots of smiles happening!

Hannah pulls Addison.

And because what snow event is complete with out video of the girls playing. . . I just can't express how much fun they found this time! Hannah ended up having Monday (today) off as well. I had to return to work though.

Be safe, and enjoy the snow!

Love,
J.

Jackie's Zipping through

This morning we found Jackie zipping by!

Hanging around.

Hannah looking up, good morning.

Jackie had a special surprise hanging from the line- Elf seeds.

"Sprinkle the seeds over a bowl full of sugar. Sprinkle water and wait until morning to see what grows! Love Jackie"

The girls are having a blast looking for Jackie in the morning. Addison is getting into it as well. The upcoming week is going to awesome! I have 4 days left of work, Hannah has 4 days left of school. Sunday we have the Spencer family Christmas Party. We will be bringing Cleo home with us on Sunday, and she will stay with us until Christmas Eve (when our families come to our house for a family get together). We have plans to take the girls to PIR for the light show. There will be some last minute Christmas shopping and some baking, lots of baking in the upcoming week. Oh there is also my office potluck and Secret Santa Exchange. Hannah will be off from school for 16 days, and I have 12 of those days off! A much needed break from work.

Here's to a wonderful upcoming week before Christmas!

Love-
Jessica

Holiday fun just keeps on coming!

It's December and we try to include lots of special fun holiday activities, for our kids and for me (I'm a big kid at heart when it comes to Christmas!).

So we made a trip to the mall- I know we are crazy. But we wanted to get Santa pictures. And we were not the only one.

While we waited for Santa, Rudolf was walking around. Surprisingly both girls were happy to go give him a hug and pose for a quick photo.

Addison, couldn't catch her looking at me, but that's alright.

After an hour of waiting, we finally made it to Santa's lap! This was the best shot we could get, but that's alright. I was surprised that Addison did not cry at all. She didn't want to talk to him, but that's okay too.

After the Santa wait and visit, we promised the girls that they could ride the train, that was going on outside of Nordstroms.

They look quite happy to be on the train don't they?

Jackie was found this morning crusin' in the Pink Barbie car by the front door. Surprisingly Addison did not attempt to touch Jackie today, though she did tell us a few times "I don't touch Jackie."

I think Jackie was having  a fun time in the car.

Love, J.
